Dippers at slow shutter speeds

The dippers are back at my favourite place and this season’s nest building has begun which makes them show up very regularly. I’ve been experimenting with slow shutter speeds, capturing both dippers in flight, and the flowing water while the birds are tack sharp - which is fun and, of course, requires a bit of luck too with a 600mm lens at shutter speeds as slow as 1/30th of a sec.
